Open Positions

Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Paid Ads

Responsibilities:

• Conception, implementation, and optimization of Google and Meta ad campaigns
• Analysis of performance metrics and continuous ROAS optimization
• Testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages
• Close collaboration with the shop and content team

Profile:

• Experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google & Meta Ads
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in tracking & reporting
• Structured and independent way of working

SEO Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Keyword research and development of targeted SEO strategies
• On-page optimization of categories, products, and blog articles
• Technical SEO (structure, indexing, loading times)
• Monitoring & analysis using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar

Profile:

• Profound knowledge in search engine optimization
• Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus
• A feel for texts, user behavior, and technical contexts

Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer inquiries via email (and possibly phone)
• Assistance with products, orders, and returns
• Documentation & further development of internal service processes

Profile:

• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Ideally, experience in customer service or e-commerce
• Basic technical understanding and patience in dealing with customers
