Shipping Information

Shipping Costs and Information:

As a standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes or by freight forwarding. Shipping costs of €5.99 apply for a gross shopping cart value up to €79.99. If the amount is exceeded, the shipping costs are waived.

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and let us know the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you promptly whether we can ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, shipping costs of €5.99 apply for a purchase value up to €79.99. For a shopping cart of €80 or more, shipping is free.

II. Shipping outside Germany

Shipping to an EU member state is only possible by arrangement.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
