What exactly is Dope Lite – and why “Living Soil”?
Living Soil means: The substrate works like a small, living microcosm. Microorganisms break down organic components, make nutrients available to plants, and stabilize the root environment. Dope Lite combines this idea with moderate pre-fertilization (5% FLO). This makes it particularly interesting for anyone who:

- prefers to grow consistently and calmly instead of constantly correcting,
- works with irrigation systems (e.g., drip/auto-watering).

Application (it couldn't be simpler)
- Open bag, fill pot, plant.
- Water thoroughly – then keep evenly moist (not continuously wet).
- Normally: just water – additional boosters are not recommended.
Watering tip: Dope Lite performs best with "clean" irrigation water. If you use very soft water or osmosis water, a slight mineralization may be beneficial (keyword Ca/Mg). Suitable for this: BioBizz Calmag.

Water like a pro: preferably less often, but soak thoroughly – the roots love a stable moisture/air ratio.

Mold & "soil life": White coating or visible micro-activity can occur with living substrates – this is usually no reason to panic, but a sign that something is working. Important: good air circulation & do not overwater.

Do not throw away after use: Many use Dope Lite multiple times – with a re-mix/refresh (e.g., via FLO) you save money and raw materials.

Not for every system: Living Soil is not intended for Aero/DWC. It excels in soil/pot, drain-to-waste or automatic irrigation.

Do I really not need to re-fertilize?
Dope Lite is designed as a "water only" concept. In very specific setups (extremely soft water, very hungry plants, long cycles), fine-tuning may be necessary – but generally, the rule is: keep it simple and don't immediately "add more."
How does Dope Lite differ from more heavily pre-fertilized substrates?
Dope Lite is deliberately more mildly pre-fertilized (5% FLO). This often makes it more suitable for sensitive plants, smaller pots, or anyone who prefers to start gently and maintain stability.
Can I use Dope Lite indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Dope Lite works in pots both indoors and outdoors. Important is clean watering management (not continuously wet) and sufficient air exchange in the root area.
Is Dope Lite suitable for automatic irrigation?
