Application:

The process largely remains the same:

• Allow the harvest to dry for 1 - 2 weeks at approximately 18 - 20°C until the residual moisture is 10 - 12% or the humidity in a sealed container reaches 62%.
• The bags should not be completely filled, but to about 75%, so they can "breathe." This is crucial for their functionality.
• Check for condensation in the first few days. If present, open the bag briefly, wipe away the water, and repeat this process until no more condensation forms. It is advisable to know the exact moisture content of your harvest to avoid such problems.
