Important notes on substrate delivery by pallet:
The pallet will be shipped from our warehouse in Göttingen, not Northeim.
You will receive the pallet wrapped in opaque black stretch film, with the shipping company listed as the sender.
Please ensure you provide a telephone number so that the shipping company can arrange a delivery date.
Delivery will be made by a truck with a liftgate and a hand pallet truck. The unloading point must be level and paved.
