Important: The Q-series magnetic dimmer is series-specific and not compatible – please use the appropriate dimmers for EVO.

Tips & Tricks from Practice

• Start with a dimmer: Especially with young plants, it's better to start with reduced power and increase it over several days. This prevents stress and makes acclimatization much more relaxed.
• Choose distance wisely: Instead of "as close as possible," aim for uniform illumination. If you see hotspots (very bright at the top, significantly darker edges), hang the light a little higher or dim slightly.
• Keep an eye on PPFD/DLI: If you have a PAR/PPFD meter, use it – it will help you gauge the light intensity much more accurately than by feel. This quickly pays off.
• Cleaning: Occasionally wipe the optics with a soft, slightly damp cloth – dust measurably reduces light output. Do not use aggressive cleaners.
• Don't forget the climate: More light often means a greater need for clean exhaust air and stable temperatures. With consistent conditions, you'll get the maximum out of the EVO series.
