What is the SF1000 particularly good for?

Consider distance & dimming together: First, set the distance so that the area is evenly lit – then use dimming for fine-tuning.

Don't forget the edges: If the center looks "brutal" but the corners are lagging, it's usually an indication of too much height or an incorrect dimmer setting. A quick check at several points saves weeks.

Consistent instead of extreme: Better stable conditions (temperature/humidity/air movement) and moderate light, than constant full throttle and signs of stress.

Measurement makes it easier: If you want to set dimming & distance reproducibly, a PPFD/ePAR meter helps enormously – then it's no longer "by feel".

Is the SF1000 really sufficient for 70×70 cm?
Yes, that is the recommended area. While it can "somehow" cover larger areas, the uniformity at the edges will decrease. When you cover 70×70 neatly, it is usually at its strongest.
Can I use the lamp in every phase?
Yes – the full spectrum is designed for both growth and flowering. Dimming helps to avoid overdoing it in early stages.
What does 0–10V control offer?
If you later want to automate (e.g., with a controller/timer/environmental control), 0–10V is often the "clean" way for reproducible dimming levels – instead of guessing with the rotary knob every time.
Do I need additional cooling?
The lamp operates fanless, but naturally generates heat. In small tents, proper exhaust (often 100 mm) plus circulation is almost always useful to keep the climate and leaf surface stable.
What should I pay attention to when hanging it?
